B. General Properties of PTFE
l Excellent chemical inertness
l Outstanding resistance to chemical corrossion, such as strong acid, alkali, strong oxidant, etc.
l Can be used at temperature range from 200¡æ~250¡æ for a long period.
l Superior electric insulation, which is not affected by temperature and frequency.
l Non-adhesive to all other materials.
l Non-absorption of moisture
l Flame retardation.
C. Grade classification and revelant applications
CGM021-DJX: making large billet, rods, parts, etc by compression molding; CGM-16(F): making small parts with filler by molding.
Applicable fields: widely used in chemical, mechanical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, electronic, and optical industries.

E. Packing,Storage and Transpotation
a) 25kg net packed in double PE plastic bags with a cardboard drum outside
b) Transported as non-hazardous chemical. Avoid damped, rolling and fiercely shaking during transportation.
c) Store in clean, cool(0~20¡æ) and dry place. Avoid contamination by foreign substances such as moisture and dust which will affect the appearance of the product.
F. Safety Precaution
Toxic gases will produce when the material is heated above 260¡æ. Ventilation system must be provided in sintering areas. Smoking is prohibited in contact with the product.
G. Shelf Life
The product could be stored for long time in clean, dry place with temperature within 0~20¡æ.
